Who we are

Hi, I'm Avery Meizner, I spent 20 years on Wall Street learning how deals get structured — how ordinary money does extraordinary things when it's put together the right way.

When I moved to New Mexico, I kept seeing the same thing: renters who weren't stuck because they couldn't afford a home. They were stuck because nobody had shown them how to structure the purchase correctly.

That's what I do. I know which builders in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho are offering incentives right now, which loan programs fit which buyer, and how to combine those pieces in a way most people — and most realtors — never learn.
